We Make People Who Count!
World Impacting Disciples!
At the heart of any church or Christian lies two things: God-given dreams and beliefs. They are inseparably intertwined as they both come together. One cannot have a God-given dream without intimacy with Christ (prayer). Also, what you really believe will dictate what you do on an every day basis. This is why these areas are so important as they drive much of what our life is all about, the Lord Jesus Christ and His mission for us as His people. Out of these will come everything we do, say, and live. You can say you believe anything. But what you really believe will determine what you do. Simply watch me and you will discover what my desires and beliefs are. Watch the ministry of Celebration Baptist Church and you will observe the following.
Our Dreams
It is Our Dream to develop our love for Christ in such a way that glorifying Him is our greatest desire in all we do at all times.
It is Our Dream to have a place where the hurting, depressed, frustrated and confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance and encouragement through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
It is Our Dream to welcome people into our church family- loving, learning, laughing, and living in harmony together.
It is Our Dream to develop people to spiritual maturity through helping them to grow in the areas of worship, prayer, Bible study, doing good works, small groups, seminars, revivals, retreats, and life-on-life mentoring through the ministry of CBC.
It is Our Dream to equip every believer for world-changing ministry by helping him/her discover and develop his/her God-given gifts and talents.
It is Our Dream to send out hundreds of our own career missionaries all over the world. Part of this dream involves deploying all of our remaining church members for foreign mission projects through short-term service opportunities as well as starting a multitude of daughter churches that will carry these same dreams to fruition.
The Bottom Line: It is Our Dream to love God with all our heart, love our neighbor as ourself, and teach all peoples to do the same.
