The music ministry at Celebration is like everything else we strive to do, It's All About Him! Before this church was ever started an important prayer request before the Lord was, "God, if you want us to have a church, please send us tallented musicians with a right heart because music is so important." God has answered that prayer!
Because music is important, we seek to minister to people of all ages and backgrounds with different types of music. The Bible says in Ephesians 5:19, Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;... We use the piano, electric keyboard, guitar, bass, drums and other instruments to lead our people in worship before the Lord.
At Celebration you will enjoy passionate worship music that has a heart and a thirst for God. Each worship service is prayed over and designed to lift up Jesus Christ as Lord and to point people to Him as their only hope in this often troubled world. The Lord often moves in the hearts of His people as we sing and praise Him for being the awesome and wonderful Lord that He is to us. Testimonies often break forth because our God is so good. Praise His holy name!
We also go out on the road and set up to play music and sing about our Lord's goodness wherever He leads us. Whether it's setting up at a mobile home park, an apartment complex, or a homeless shelter - we count it our privilege to sing, play, and tell people about the God Who loves them and died and rose again to set them free.
Please pray for each of our singers and musicians as we seek to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ through music so that the Lord will get the glory and worship that He so rightfully deserves. It's All About Him!
